Since 2015 all patients have been allocated a named, accountable GP.  We operate a pooled list (i.e. you are registered with the surgery rather than a named GP) so your named accountable GP will be your "usual" GP, the one you see most often. 

If you would prefer another doctor to be your named accountable GP or if you would like to be reminded of your named accountable GP, please let us know via reception.  We will do our best to accommodate your preference.
